The Lycon wax used at Beauty Boutique Darwin can removed hairs as small as 1mm, so depending how quickly your hair grows anywhere from 2- 4 weeks is recommended.

A bikini wax includes waxing everything that is outside of your bikini bottoms from the top and down the sides.

A G-string wax is an extended version of a bikini wax, removing more hair from the top and down the middle. There will be a strip of hair left that runs from the top down to your bottom, the bum is not included.

A Brazilian wax is everything from the top to the bum with a bit of hair left at the top if you wish.

Intimate waxing such as Brazilians how ever can only be carried out on persons 18 and over.

Your hair needs to be at least 1mm, if it is longer than a grain of rice, please trim the area to allow for a less painful wax (advisable only for Brazilian, G string and Bikini waxing).

If you are having an intimate wax and it's 'that time of month' it is at your discretion whether or not you would like to keep your appointment, keeping in mind the area can be more sensitive around this time. If you would like to keep your appointment, please make sure the area is clean and hygienic.

If you are pregnant, please let us know when you book your appointment, we may need to extend your appointment to allow for a more comfortable treatment.

Anyone under the age of 18 wishing to have a treatment is required to have parental consent. Intimate waxing such as Brazilians how ever can only be carried out on persons 18 and over. We require the parent to come into the salon to fill out our parental consent form, if needed this can be done prior to your treatment day. The parent needs to state which treatments the child can and/or can’t have.

Yes! We offer a ‘New client discount’. First time clients can receive $20 OFF their first treatment with us. The treatment needs to be valued at $50 & over. You must mention this when booking to receive the discount.

If you have missed your appointment, it will be marked as a no-show. If you no show 3 or more appointments a 50% deposit will be required for future appointments.

Yes you can! If you wish to cancel, reschedule or changer your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice.

Yes! If you are an existing client and you refer a new client, please let us know at your next appointment and you will receive $20 OFF your next treatment worth $50 and over.
